New Zealand's Kashif Shuja is safely through to the second round of the Canary Islands Squash Open in Tenerife.
Shuja, the fifth seed, bounced back from two games down to beat unseeded Australian Luke Margan in five.
Margan won the first two games 11-9 11-9, before Shuja rallied to take the next three 11-8 11-8 11-8.
Shuja will face third seeded Egyptian Amr Mansi in the quarterfinals.
