Top seeded Kitchen beat Welsh fourth seed Tegwen Malik 9-2 6-9 9-4 9-2 in the final.
Kitchen dropped just four points in beating Ireland's Aisling Blake in the quarterfinals, before a walkover in the semis, with English third seed Lauren Briggs forced to retire midway through the second game.
Kitchen's next tournament is the Apawamis Open in New York early next month.
