KEY POINTS:
New Zealand's Joelle King is through to the semifinals of the British junior squash open in Sheffield.
The New Zealand No 1 bounced back from a game down to beat Hong Kong's Joey Chan in four games 0-9 10-8 10-8 9-6.
The match was a repeat of the Scottish junior open final a week ago, and the result looked destined to be the same, as Chan stormed through the first game.
However, King stepped up the pace to take the next three hard fought games.
The third game was crucial, as King battled back from 7-2 down to power into the lead, and then held the advantage throughout the fourth.
King will face top seed and world No 23 Raneem El Weleily from Egypt in the semifinals.
Fellow-New Zealander Amanda Cranston fell just short of making it two New Zealanders in the semifinals, going down 9-0 4-9 0-9 8-10 to Germany's Sina Wall.
