Crome, the top seed for the tournament, beat fifth-seeded Indian Joshna Chinappa 9-7, 9-1, 9-7 in the final in Hanoi.
The Vietnam Open is a tier below the top level events played on the Women's International Squash Players' Association tour.
Crome had beaten Australian Donna Urquhart in the semifinals.
