Springboks number eight Duane Vermeulen has launched a scathing attack against the rugby establishment in South Africa.
On the back of a record defeat to the All Blacks, Vermeulen is taking a stand, believing there needs to be an intervention.
Vermeulen is labelling the leadership at the top as being in chaos and believes there needs to be a plan from the bottom up to turn the ship around.
Vermeulen has said South Africa was a powerhouse in world rugby, but he can't now see why players would commit 100 percent.
Vermeulen was ruled out of the Rugby Championship with a knee injury but is available for the November internationals.
