Nishida has a batting average of 1000, with four hits from four turns at bat so far. Julius Veeris from the Netherlands has had an impressive 7 hits from 9 at bats, for an average of .778, while Mark Oliver of South Africa has three hits from four at bats for an average of .750.
The best of the New Zealanders is Dion Nukunuku at 9th in the list with an average of .500 (3 from 6), while Samoa's Gus Leger comes in just ahead of him at .571 (4 from 7).
