Suspended Australian goalkeeper Mark Bosnich yesterday lost four of his five appeals against the sanctions handed out to him by English Premier League soccer giants Chelsea.
The findings, from a three-man English Premier League panel, are the latest in a lengthy process of hearings and legal wrangling involving Bosnich's sacking by Chelsea after he failed a drugs test.
The 31-year-old is challenging Chelsea's decision to fine him over the incident, claiming his drink was spiked with cocaine in a club.
He still has three months of a nine-month suspension handed down by the Football Association left to serve.
