A New York Supreme Court justice has upheld US skeleton coach Tim Nardiello's suspension, denying his request to join his troubled Olympics-bound US team at this week's World Cup in Germany.
Nardiello, placed on paid administrative leave on December 31 by the US Bobsled and Skeleton Federation after two sexual harassment complaints involving US sliders were made against him is also the coach of two New Zealand athletes competing in Germany.
Nardiello is expected to continue appealing, with hopes of coaching the US team at the Turin Olympics next month.
