Team New Zealand America's Cup heroes celebrate with Kiwi party

There was beer, there was singing and there was Kiwi music.

Team NZ sailors Peter Burling and Blair Tuke can be seen belting out the words to the Dance Exponents' Victoria as they celebrate their 7-1 series victory over America's Cup holders Oracle Team USA this morning.

Gilda Kirkpatrick, star of Real Housewives of Auckland, live streamed part of the celebrations at the team's Bermuda headquarters.

Supporters cheer them on or join in with the clearly ecstatic team members.

Oracle members, with Jimmy Spithill leading the way, had been videoed separately walking into HQ, beers in hand, to congratulate the team.

Earlier, Tuke joined other New Zealanders in taking a dip in the Bermuda waters in celebration of the Auld Mug coming back to our shores.

Kirkpatrick is in Bermuda alongside Slingshot co-founder Annette Presley and fellow Housewife Michelle Blanchard.
