Oracle Team USA have been ordered to front the international jury after the independent panel wrapped up their investigations into cheating allegations during the America's Cup World Series.
The jury this morning issued two notices under rules rule 69.1 under the ISAF racing rules of sailing, and article 60.1 of the America's Cup protocol - both of which relate to gross misconduct.
Two hearings will be held, one into allegations of gross misconduct believed to involve up to nine sailors in Oracle Team USA. The second will determine whether Oracle has breached the protocol.
The jury has ordered that all details concerning the case remain confidential until after the hearing, upon which their decision will be published.
The date of the hearings are unknown, but Stephen Barclay, head of the America's Cup Events Authority, said he is hopeful of having the matter cleared up by the end of the month.
