A pared down schedule for 470 sailing champions Jo Aleh and Polly Powrie in the hope of being primed for the Rio Olympics.
They're in Hyeres in southern France for the world cup regatta, having last raced internationally at the world championships in February.
Aleh says it will be their last major regatta before the Olympics.,
She says it's better for them to focus on quality rather than quantity, so are taking a more targeted approach.
Aleh and Powrie will travel back and forth from New Zealand to Rio, spending about five weeks in total at the Olympic venue before the games begin.
