KEY POINTS:
Wales 38 Pacific Islanders 20
Wales made 14 changes from their drawn Test against the Wallabies but they were still too good for a Pacific Islanders team making their northern hemisphere debut in Cardiff this morning.
First five-eighths Ceri Sweeney enjoyed a personal haul of 18 points, including one of the five Welsh tries against a disjointed Islanders side who gifted two interception tries.
Mark Jones, James Hook, Kevin Morgan and Lee Byrne also scored as Wales led 31-5 at the break.
The Islanders hit back with three tries from Justin Va'a, Seilala Mapasua and wing Kameli Ratuvou but Wales were never in danger.

Scotland got their Autumn campaign underway with an easy 48-6 workout against Romania, running in seven tries, including two for fullback Hugo Southwell.
