Captain Hugh Vyvyan and centre Ben Johnston scored first-half tries to spark England A to a 43-6 win over the United States in the inaugural Churchill Cup rugby final in Vancouver yesterday.
A week ago, the English had beaten the US 36-10 in a preliminary match.
