The new redeveloped grandstand at Twickenham might not be ready for the All Blacks visit in four weeks.
The project has hit delays and will come in slightly over its $300 million budget.
England officials have contingency plans in place should it not be finished, but chief executive Francis Baron is upbeat. He says they are confident at least the lower part of the stand will be ready to host fans.
The All Blacks-England test is being billed as the re-opening of the new Twickenham.
