Hurricanes halfback Piri Weepu has been discharged from Wellington Hospital.
He was admitted last night with what was described as a mystery viral infection, but Hurricanes manager Garry Carnachan says he is much improved today.
The exact nature of the illness remains a mystery. He says they are not sure what caused the fever but they will be seeing him tomorrow and making a decision on whether he will play.
The Hurricanes side to play the Crusaders is named tomorrow.
