John Senio will once again don the number nine jersey for the Blues this weekend following another injury setback to Steve Devine.
Senio took Devine's spot back in round three and there was hope Devine's injury problems might be over ahead of Friday's Super 14 clash with the Waratahs in Sydney.
However a calf strain will keep him sidelined.
Senio has received some criticism for being off the pace at Super 14 level, but coach David Nucifora says he has no concerns.
He says Senio has been playing well considering he is very new to this level.
Meanwhile the only other changes to the starting line up are the inclusions of Luke McAlister and Angus McDonald.
McAlister comes in for Rua Tipoki, while McDonald replaces Daniel Braid, who is out with a hamstring injury.
Anthony Boric comes onto the bench.
