Chiefs coach Ian Foster has made two changes to his starting lineup for the seventh round Super 15 match against the Waratahs at Sydney on Friday.
Dwayne Sweeney comes in at second five-eighth for Tana Umaga while in the forwards, Toby Smith replaces Sona Taumalolo at loosehead prop.
Umaga and Taumalolo will be on the bench which has another change with Tawera Kerr-Barlow replacing Taniela Moa.
Having lost last week's match 13-16 to the Blues, Foster says his side need "to turn some good form into good results".
"Two close losses (Hurricanes and Blues) either side of two good wins over the Rebels and Sharks show we are playing reasonably well but we have to improve closing out tight games in order to build the sort of momentum we are looking for".
Meanwhile Sitiveni Sivivatu has confirmed that he has signed with French Rugby Club Clermont for two years.
Ian Foster commented "We wish Siti and Suliana well as they have been a fantastic part of our Franchise. Siti is about to become our most capped player so we wish them both well next year but we know Siti is extremely determined to have a great 2011 with the Chiefs".
