A number of international stars have been left out of the Hurricanes squad to face the Brumbies this weekend.
Beauden Barrett, Ardie Savea and Brad Shields will both miss the clash after representing the All Blacks and England respectively in the recent international window.
Barrett, who sustained a concussion in the second test against France, will miss this weekend's match to observe his second mandatory All Black stand-down game, Savea is out with a high ankle sprain, while Shields has been left out for rest.
Jackson Garden-Bachop, Sam Henwood and Reed Prinsep earn starts in place of the trio.
Garden-Bachop draws the start in the No.10 jersey ahead of Ihaia West after a strong showing against the Chiefs in a friendly match in Hawera last week.
