The Queensland Reds have signed a former All Blacks flanker for the 2015 Super Rugby season.
The Reds have announced Adam Thomson will join the Reds after finishing his second season in Japan.
Queensland coach Richard Graham says Thomson's signing will provide further experience to the pack and leadership for the young back rowers in his squad.
Thomson played the last of his 29 tests for the All Blacks at the end of 2012.
He played 68 matches for the Highlanders between 2006 and 2012, scoring 21 tries.
