Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder has dismissed the idea it's an "us against them" relationship between Super rugby coaches and the All Blacks coaching staff.
A workshop has been held at NZRU headquarters to help determine how the All Blacks playing roster will be managed in the build-up to the World Cup.
Blackadder says they agree on more things than the public realise.
He says contrary to what a lot of people think, they all work very hard together.
He says the meeting has been very harmonious and they're all trying to ensure they work out what's best for New Zealand rugby.
Blackadder believes it's basically about ensuring there are no misconceptions between the two parties and says it's a matter of taking a case-by-case basis and ensuring each player gets an appropriate amount of rest through the season.
