KEY POINTS:
Highlanders winger Lucky Mulipola will probably miss the rest of the Super 14 rugby season after breaking his arm in their 16-22 loss to the Queensland Reds in Brisbane last night.
Mulipola, who suffered the injury early in the second half at Suncorp Stadium, was to undergo surgery in Brisbane today.
Highlanders coach Glenn Moore couldn't predict how long the speedy winger would be out for but expected it would be for at least two months.
He told New Zealand's rugbyheaven website that a decision on Mulipola's replacement would be made after a medical report was received.
Mulipola, who transferred from Tasman to Otago late last year, shaped as the first-choice winger in an inexperienced Highlanders back division.
