The Highlanders have named two new assistant coaches and a new manager for the 2013 Super Rugby season.
Former All Blacks Scott McLeod and Jon Preston will join the franchise as assistants, while Graham Purvis has been appointed manager.
They replace Simon Culhane, Kieran Keane and Leicester Rutledge.
McLeod and Preston have both signed on for two seasons.
