Rugby: Major injury blows for Chiefs

The Chiefs will be without halfback Brendon Leonard and prop Ben May for their Super 14 rugby semifinal against the Hurricanes in Hamilton on Friday.

Leonard has been ruled out after suffering a torn hamstring in Friday's final round match against the Brumbies.

May suffered a knee injury in the same match which ended his season.

The Chiefs beat the Brumbies 10-7 to finish second in the table.
