Lions rugby player CJ van der Linde is to appear before a Sanzar judicial hearing.
It's alleged he pulled a Johan Le Roux and bit Force player Toby Lynn on the arm at the back of a ruck in Super Rugby on the weekend.
He's been cited for alleged foul play for the 10th minute act.
The hearing is at 7pm.
