The Brumbies will go into their Super Rugby finals campaign without backs Kyle Godwin and Aidan Toua after both suffered season-ending injuries against the Reds last Friday.
The only local team in the playoffs after winning the Australian conference, the Brumbies had close to a full list available last week.
However, they suffered four casualties in the loss to Queensland Reds and all could miss next Saturday's final round clash with the Chiefs in Hamilton.
Definitely missing will be Wallabies centre Godwin, who could be out for up to three months with a knee injury, while winger Toua has been ruled out for four to six weeks with a grade-one high ankle sprain.
"We are disappointed for the guys who have done so much for us this year," Brumbies' coach Stephen Larkham said.
