Highlanders prop Siosuia Halanukonuka has signed a two-year deal at Glasgow Warriors.
He will make the shift in October at the end of his commitments with Tasman in the national provincial championship.
Halanukonuka, 30, has spent the last two seasons at the Highlanders and will link up with Chiefs coach Dave Rennie in Glasgow.
He has played six Tests for Tonga after making his debut in 2014, and previously played European rugby at French club Narbonne in 2014-15.
Halanukonuka joins another New Zealander at Scotstoun, Hurricanes flanker Callum Gibbins, who signed a three-year deal with the Warriors earlier this year.
