Crusader Owen Franks has been cited for a dangerous tackle during his team's 23-23 draw with the Western Force in their Super 14 rugby clash in Christchurch yesterday.
The tackle, on Matt Giteau, came in the 78th minute of the game.
Franks will appear before Sanzar judicial officer Nigel Hampton, QC, in Christchurch at 3pm tomorrow.
