The Chiefs have given their followers an insight to how their players go about their lives on a daily basis, having strapped a GoPro onto halfback Brad Weber's head and recording an entire day of his.
The 3-minute clip, uploaded onto the Chiefs YouTube account, shows Weber starting his day at 6am, before making 'the breakfast of champions', consisting of baked beans and eggs on toast.
The video shows Weber arriving at the Chiefs training headquarters at around 7am, where he can be seen warming up alongside the likes of Brodie Retallick, Damian McKenzie and Stephen Donald in preparation for a gym session.
By around 8:45 am, Weber is into his gym workout, with footage showing him carrying out a variety of exercises.
On-field training begins at 1:30 pm after lunch, where coach Dave Rennie can be seen looking over the progress of both Weber and team-mate Seta Tamanivalu.
