Questions remain over whether the Crusaders will have their new grandstands in time for their first home game.
Demolition of the main stand at Rugby League Park is finishing this week.
Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder says everything may not quite be ready for that first game against the Chiefs in March.
"I'm really pleased we're going to be playing at home and if it is the second home game it still wouldn't worry me, but if it is the first it would be even better, it would be fantastic.''
