All Blacks centre Conrad Smith has passed a fitness test and will take his place on the bench for the Hurricanes Super 14 rugby match against the Stormers in Palmerston North tomorrow.
Smith suffered an eye injury against the Reds in Brisbane in round one of the competition 14.
He had been bracketed on the Hurricanes bench for tomorrow.
