The high-flying Chiefs, who collected their fifth consecutive Super Rugby win after beating the Western Force last Friday have announced their team to play the Cheetahs on Sunday morning.
The match at Free State Stadium in Bloemfontein will see a handful of changes to the Chiefs side.
Alex Bradley will make his debut at No 8, Andrew Horrell starts at fullback and Robbie Robinson moves into the reserves.
Hika Elliot will start at hooker and Asaeli Tikoirotuma comes onto the bench.
Chiefs assistant coach Wayne Smith said: "The Cheetahs play the quickest brand of football so it is going to have its challenges. They play a rucking, running style of game and can be lethal from anywhere on the park so we are going to have to be combative with good set piece and a good 80-minute performance."
