Rugby: 'Canes secure late draw

The Hurricanes have capped preseason Super Rugby preparations with a 21-21 draw against the Brumbies in Canberra.

Trailing 21-14 with time up on the clock, winger Julian Savea crossed for a try, with Aaron Cruden nailing the conversion to tie the match,

The Hurricanes campaign kicks off against the Highlanders next Friday night in Wellington.
