The Crusaders have made just one change to their starting team to play the Queensland Reds in Saturday's Super 14 rugby match at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane.
Winger Scott Hamilton was ruled out with a knock to the head suffered during last Saturday's 38-15 defeat of the Highlanders in Christchurch.
Casey Laulala comes in at centre, with Caleb Ralph moving out one spot to the wing to give the same formation they finished with last weekend.
Winger Steven Yates, a Super 14 newcomer, comes onto the reserve bench while another change on the bench sees Brad Mika replace lock Kevin O'Neill.
Ralph and flanker Reuben Thorn will both play their 100th Super 14 game. Thorne has made all his appearances for the Crusaders while Ralph has also played for the Chiefs and Blues.
Team:
Leon MacDonald, Rico Gear, Casey Laulala, Aaron Mauger, Caleb Ralph, Daniel Carter, Kevin Senio, Mose Tuiali'i, Richie McCaw (captain), Reuben Thorne, Ross Filipo, Chris Jack, Campbell Johnstone, Corey Flynn, Greg Somerville.
Reserves: Tone Kopelani, Wyatt Crockett, Brad Mika, Johnny Leo'o Andrew Ellis, Cameron McIntyre, Steven Yates.
