Wellington will host five of the Hurricanes' six home matches in next year's Super 14 rugby championship, with New Plymouth the venue for the other fixture.
The Cats, Sharks, Crusaders, Chiefs and Reds will play at Westpac Stadium while the second round fixture against the new Perth-based Western Force will be at Yarrow Stadium in New Plymouth.
