The Chiefs early arrival into South Africa is paying dividends ahead of the opening round of the Super 14 this weekend, the franchise says.
Ian Foster's side takes on the Sharks in Durban first up after flying into the Republic last weekend to acclimatise.
Foster said the early arrival had worked wonders, with the players fully fit and raring to go.
He said everyone had travelled well, with the extra couple of days in South Africa enabling them to settle in nicely.
Ian Foster will name his line-up for the game tomorrow afternoon.
