Australian rugby commentator Phil Kearns has copped heavy criticism after calling last night's Super Rugby semifinal between the Waratahs and the Highlanders.
The former Wallabies captain has been accused of one-eyed and biased commentary from all quarters after seeming to favour the Waratahs throughout the game.
Although social media was quick to point out Kearns' perceived biases, the moment which caused the biggest response was his angry criticism of Craig Joubert's refereeing after he awarded the Highlanders a penalty try.
It is safe to say New Zealand rugby fans and media alike were not pleased with Kearns' commentary, with Twitter playing host to several critiques.
