South Africa ran in four tries to one in a 36-16 defeat of Scotland in Durban this morning.
The Springboks, who scraped home against a World 15 in an unofficial Test last weekend, were much improved and made light work of a Scotland team that had defeated England and France during the Six Nations.
The home side led 18-6 at the interval.
The victory ensured the Boks maintained their unbeaten home record against Scotland, while under coach Jake White they are unbeaten on home soil for the last two years.
