There have been no matches today at the 2015 Rugby World Cup but there is still plenty to talk about, including the All Blacks gym session (it will put your 20 minutes spinning and 5 minutes of lifting to shame). Here's all that occurred in the early hours this morning.
WHAT'S HAPPENED?
There have been no games overnight, but plenty of press conferences and team namings, Australia, Fiji, Scotland, Japan, Romania and France have named lineups. Fiji back-rower Dominiko Waqaniburotu was suspended for one game by the Rugby World Cup judiciary on Monday for a dangerous tackle against England winger Jonny May.
Japan have made eight changes from the team which beat South Africa for their game against Scotland on Thursday morning. Scotland named its least experienced World Cup team since beating the United States 39-15 in 2003, with 12 making their tournament debuts, and four players having 10 caps or less. Halfback Greig Laidlaw will captain a side with an average age of just under 27, Scotland's third youngest ever side. France made a whopping 13 changes for their next match against Romania. Australia have named Michael Hooper and David Pocock to pay Fiji.
