Tickets for the 'Pool of Death' clash between England and Australia at Twickenham have been selling for record prices of almost $NZ10,000 each.
Resale website Viagogo says demand for the World Cup match on Sunday NZ time has overtaken the annual Wimbledon tennis tournament and the 2014 FIFA World Cup, with the previous record for any non-final ticket standing at almost $NZ6000 (£2,800).
The Daily Mail reported that individual tickets were fetching £4,000 on the open market.
This comes on the back of four tickets commanding an asking price of $NZ135,000 on the resale site StubHub, according to The Mirror.
The Category A tickets have a a face value of $754, meaning each is marked up by about $NZ33,000.
