Fiji prop Manasa Saulo has been suspended for 10-weeks after he admitted stamping on the head of Wales lock Luke Charteris during their Rugby World Cup Pool A match on Friday.
Wales beat Fiji 23-13 in the clash to record its third straight win and move closer to the quarterfinals. The Pacific-Islanders, meanwhile, will not progress out of their pool.
Subject to appeal, Saulo will now miss Fiji's last tournament match against Uruguay and be out of action until mid-January 2016.
Saulo is the third Fijian to be sanctioned in the tournament after backrower Dominiko Waqaniburoto and winger Nemani Nadolo were each suspended for one week for dangerous tackles against England and Australia respectively.
