This Rugby World Cup bad lipreading video has been released by the New Zealand captioning working group in an effort to improve subtitles for sports fans who are deaf or hard of hearing.
They say that without it, watching TV becomes a lip-reading challenge, as the video demonstrates.
A petition, which can be signed here, will be presented to Parliament in a bid to get new legislation passed.
