KEY POINTS:
CARDIFF - Wales fly-half Stephen Jones has vowed that he will be one hundred per cent fit for the start of the World Cup despite missing all of his country's warm-up games due to a groin injury.
Jones said on Friday that he is back in full training and will be fit for Wales' opening match on September 9 against Canada in Nantes.
"I'll be 100 per cent for the first game. That is not an issue, I know that for a fact," Jones told the BBC.
"I very feel good and happy with how it has healed. I'm back in full training and I'll be doing everything I can to give myself an opportunity to play and enjoy the competition.
"Then if I'm fit it is up to the coaches what they decide to do."
While coach Gareth Jenkins will see the return of Jones as a boost, it will again give him a selection dilemma of who to play at 10.
Twenty-nine-year-old Jones has been in erratic form for Wales and his place at outside-half has been under pressure from Ospreys star James Hook.
Hook performed well in the two warm-up games he played against Argentina and France.
