KEY POINTS:
TOULOUSE, France - The town of Toulouse is planning a special welcome for the Japanese rugby team during the World Cup which starts next week, by putting up more than 400 kakemonos.
Japan play Fiji in the town on September 13 (NZ time) but will be based during the tournament in nearby Seilh.
Kakemono literally means 'hanging thing' in Japanese and the 421 Japanese style pictures will be hung from tree branches around the town.
