All Black coaches Graham Henry and Wayne Smith are going global, sharing their ideas on how the game should be played and taught.
They have linked up with team kingpins Richie McCaw and Daniel Carter and have all invested in a business delivering website blogs and videos on many aspects of rugby.
The quartet are involved in the launch of a rugby coaching website, therugbysite.com.
Before anyone thinks they will give away any All Black secrets, plans or strategies about the programme ahead of the World Cup, the coaches were adamant there was no conflict of interest with their real jobs.
"We were very, very careful not to give away any intellectual property on the All Blacks," Henry said.
He had been involved in compiling several videos in the last year and had enjoyed that process and hoped to escalate that production after the World Cup. It was another way of communicating with fans and coaches but there was no content which would jeopardise any of the All Blacks' work.
Smith thought the website would cater for coaches and players up to senior rugby level, with videos, blogs and interaction from many contributors including some like Gregor Townsend, Phil Larder, Will Greenwood and Bismarck du Plessis.
It was the brainchild of Brendon Ratcliffe, the former director of player development at the NZRU and had been about two years in the pipeline.
