The International Rugby Board is reportedly unlikely to allow European broadcasters to bid on rights to the 2011 World Cup in New Zealand until next year.
The Guardian in Britain reported that broadcasters would not be able to bid for the 2011 or the 2015 tournaments unless economic conditions improve.
