Wallabies halfback Will Genia has been cleared to face New Zealand in rugby's Tri-Nations decider in Brisbane on Saturday despite suffering two head injuries in training this week.
The influential No 9 was given the green light by Australian medical staff today to take on the All Blacks at Suncorp Stadium after copping two head knocks within three days.
The second collision, from reserve lock Rob Simmons yesterday, resulted in the 23-year-old suffering suspected concussion and earlier in the week Radike Samo split Genia's head open and left him dazed after running into him in a training session at Ballymore.
