MARCOUSSIS - Television cameras will no longer be allowed in France's locker room at their World Cup matches, coach Bernard Laporte said on Friday.
"There will be no more cameras during our intimate moments before the match, at halftime and after the match," Laporte told reporters at France's training camp outside Paris.
"The players asked for it," he added. "If it can affect their performance, we have to say no. There are some moments which we'd rather not share."
Several players said they had been feeling under extreme pressure from the media after France's opening 17-12 defeat by Argentina.
The hosts play Namibia in their second Pool D game on Sunday in Toulouse.
