Waratahs second five-eighth Berrick Barnes has ruled himself out of the rest of the Super 15 season
The Wallabies star announced the decision today after suffering his second concussion of the year against the Highlanders on Saturday.
The 25-year-old has been suffering from migraines and after consulting with a neurosurgeon decided to sit out the remainder of the Super 15.
The Waratahs currently sit one point outside the Super 15 playoffs, meaning their local derby against the Brumbies on Saturday could potentially be their final match of the Super 15 season.
The Wallabies begin their World Cup preparation against Samoa on July 17 before their Tri Nations opener against South Africa a week later.
