The Wellington Phoenix will need to find a new home during next year's Rugby World Cup as Westpac Stadium will be out of action for six weeks.
The current season's still in its early stages, but contingencies are already being put in place to accommodate the Wellington Phoenix in the A-League next year.
The competition will clash with the rugby World Cup in September and October.
Westpac Stadium marketing manager Steve Thompson says they're already in discussions with A-League organisers about what they can do.
Thompson says they've told A-League organisers the stadium is unavailable from September 1st to October 11th.
The Stadium has to be clean of non-World Cup advertising by September 1st.
Thompson says the Phoenix will be able to play some games in New Zealand during that time, but they'll have to be at stadiums not being used for the Cup.
