"(Ay, ay, what's happenin'? K-Dot back in the hood, n******!)," the song continues.
The clip ends with the lyrics 'I'm mad'.
Cooper missed out on selection for Sunday's clash at Twickenham with Bernard Foley starting in the 10 jersey.
It's not Cooper's first social media faux pas. In July he fired off an expletive-laden tweet aimed an an unknown party just hours after his side's big Rugby Championship win over Argentina.
Cooper lashed out on his Twitter account.
"Invite me to you're next team discussion then ask me how much I give a f*** about your team selection? Zero f***s given....." it read.
It appeared to raise doubts about the camp's unity although the Wallabies denied the tweet was aimed at anyone with the team set-up.
The tweet appeared to be posted at 4.30am and deleted two hours later.
